About Maude Moreno
Maude Moreno is a Workplace Stress Regulation Trainer and the founder of Yoga At Work. Having spent 24 years in corporate IT in the field of IT retail, software development, and design operations, Maude understands workplace stress from the inside. During her career, a medical diagnosis forced her to confront what so many professionals normalize: constant urgency, back-to-back meetings, and stress that quietly becomes culture.
Today, using her yoga-based regulation expertise and other modalities, she partners with teams to design and deliver bespoke adoption-focused nervous system regulation programs to improve focus, enable better communication skills, and retain energy. She focuses on teaching tools that get used in real work moments: between meetings, before difficult conversations, and during demanding cycles.
Through Yoga At Work, she integrates science-backed nervous system education with accessible practices including breath work, mindfulness, and desk-friendly modalities. The approach is inclusive, practical, and workplace-appropriate designed for all bodies, all levels, and different types of teams.
Why Yoga at Work?
We believe that wellness should not feel like an extra task on your to-do list.
That’s why our programs are:

Experience-based
Our trainings are grounded in nervous system science delivered by someone who spent 24 years in IT and understands high-pressure work from the inside.

Workday-ready
Our approach fits the realities of distributed teams: back-to-back meetings, tight deadlines, and constant context switching. Tools are usable on-demand, not “someday when you have time.”

Adoption-focused
We install repeatable tools and team rituals like the 60-Second Reset and Meeting Opener Ritual so the practices actually get used after the session ends. Experiences are bespoke and unique to the team.
